SPARK Software is in a process of migrating its database from
Proprietary Software to Open Source Platform and the users will be
affected with some errors which SPARK PMU is trying to rectify on war
footing .
All DDOs are requested to process their salary bills of Sept
2017 well in advance to avoid last minute rush in Salary processing / E
Submission.
