എല്ലാ DDO മാരും ജില്ലാ ട്രഷറിയില് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്ന Keltron Help Desk ല് താഴെ പറയുന്ന രേഖകളുമായി ചെന്ന് Digital Signature അപേക്ഷ സമര്പ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
