From this Fin Year onwards SPARK accepts heads of accounts from Treasury software only. For DDOs to get heads of accounts in SPARK, the CCOs (HoDs) should allocate heads to DDOs in BAMS. Some cases of 02 wages non availability have been reported. All CCOs are requested to allocate 02 wages heads to all DDOs from where wages have to be released immediately. Only then such heads of accounts will appear in SPARK. DDOs may also contact CCOs (HoDs) concerned for getting the head allocated
